As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts, and support visitors and team members with strong customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors at an automotive location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking lots, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential property loss.
• Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, directing visitors to the appropriate destination, and/or confirming authorization for entry.
• Monitor facility conditions during patrols, including doors, gates, fences, and dock areas, and report maintenance or security-related concerns through the proper channels.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with incident documentation and notifications.
• Support vehicle and/or truck traffic flow by observing loading dock and yard activity, reporting suspicious behavior, and/or directing drivers to staging areas as instructed.
• Use Allied Universal reporting systems to document patrol activity, incidents, and unusual observations in a clear and timely manner.
• Communicate with site leadership and/or local responders as directed during alarms, medical situations, and other urgent events.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
