Security Professional - Residential Patrol

As a Security Professional - Residential Patrol in Cardington, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential locations to help create a secure environment for residents and visitors. Your presence and routine patrols help to deter potential security-related incidents while maintaining a visible and approachable demeanor. You will also provide excellent customer service and clear communication, reflecting our agile, reliable, and innovative culture. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the residential location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, guests, and/or site personnel as needed.
• Complete required logs, reports, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
