Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a luxury retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues when needed and documenting security-related events.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor, entrance areas, stockroom access points, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
- Monitor for unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or unauthorized access, and report observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
- Support a professional shopping environment by assisting with access control, closing procedures, and/or crowd and line management during busy business periods.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
