As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned retail and mall locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through high visibility and attentive presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies within retail and mall locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any unusual circumstances.
• Assist visitors, vendors, and employees by providing information and directions as needed.
• Report security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel and/or management.
• Participate in emergency response activities in accordance with established protocols and training provided by Allied Universal.
• Document observations and daily activities as required by site procedures.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to maintain a secure and welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
