As a Security Officer Full Time Guest Check In in Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution, you will provide a welcoming presence while monitoring access, assisting visitors, and responding to security-related concerns. You will use strong communication and customer service skills to help maintain a professional environment. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or customers at a financial institution by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
- Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, manage visitor access, and maintain required entry logs and documentation.
- Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and/or other security-related systems, reporting unusual activity according to site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
- Support a professional lobby environment by communicating clearly with site personnel and following confidentiality requirements for customer and business information.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least two years of security-related experience is required.
- The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
