Security Officer - Secret Clearance

As a Security Officer - Secret Clearance in Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal at a premier aerospace and defense location as an unarmed officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an aerospace and defense location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, controlled areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may require follow-up.
- Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor activity, and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols for restricted and sensitive work areas.
- Support incident reporting and daily activity logs with clear, accurate details regarding patrol findings, access control activity, and/or response actions taken during the shift.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
