As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic aerospace and defense location, helping to support a secure environment through visible presence, routine patrols, and strong communication. This role offers the chance to provide exceptional customer service, respond to security-related concerns, and work with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and guided by integrity and a people-first culture.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support tasks, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a defense-related location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify potential concerns, policy violations, and/or unauthorized activity.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report suspicious behavior or conditions in accordance with site protocols.
- Support security-related operations by completing incident reports, maintaining post logs, and relaying observations about equipment, facilities, and/or restricted areas to the appropriate personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
- CPR certification is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
