Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence and strong customer service. In this role, you will support daily operations with clear communication while reflecting our agile, reliable, and innovative approach, a caring culture, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity within the location, helping to support authorized entry, direct guests, and report security-related concerns in accordance with site policies.
- Support day-to-day operations at a commercial real estate location by observing building activity, assisting with routine requests, and reporting maintenance, life protection, and/or security-related issues to the appropriate contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
