Security Officer Unarmed Patrol First Aid Job in Charlotte, North Carolina

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol First Aid in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and help maintain orderly entry and exit procedures.
- Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific policies.
Minimum Requirements:
- Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Have at least three years of security-related, law enforcement, military police, or military experience.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
