As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the facility. You will interact with patients, visitors, and staff to provide outstanding customer service, assist during sensitive situations, and uphold a secure environment. Your role supports the hospital community by responding to incidents as needed and communicating clearly with all individuals on site. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to individuals at the healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. The working environment and conditions may vary by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be able to work in a hospital environment, including in areas such as the morgue and assisting with restraining individuals as needed.
• Applicants must meet all vaccination requirements for hospital environments.
• Driving experience is preferred for this position.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
