Security Officer Patrol Job in Cheyenne, Wyoming

As a Security Officer Patrol in Cheyenne, WY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate location. Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Collaborate with a team that is agile, reliable, and innovative, while demonstrating integrity and a caring, people-first approach.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate construction location.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the construction site, building areas, parking locations, perimeter, and access points to help identify and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site requirements, maintaining accurate daily activity and incident reports.
- Help maintain controlled access to restricted work areas by verifying authorization and reporting unauthorized entry or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
- This is a primarily driving post.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
