As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Dispatch Driver in Cincinnati, OH, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.
Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour
Must be 21+ Years of Age
Valid Driver's License for 1+ Years Required
Proof of High School Diploma/GED Required

How This Role Works:
- Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
- Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.
This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a healthcare location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
- Receive, prioritize, document, and dispatch calls for service, alarms, incidents, and requests to appropriate personnel and emergency responders.
- Monitor communication systems, access activity, alarms, and camera feeds as assigned; maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and dispatch records.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating communications with site personnel and public emergency services when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter as assigned, reporting unusual conditions and potential security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
