As a Front Desk Security Professional at a major food and beverage location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and employees. Your responsibilities will include monitoring access, managing visitor logs, and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional presence. You will help to deter security-related incidents by being attentive and responsive, creating a welcoming environment. This position requires a valid driver's license and may involve driving responsibilities. What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist employees, visitors, and/or vendors at the front desk in a professional and courteous manner.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying identification and maintaining visitor logs in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Follow security-related procedures to help to deter unauthorized access to the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Communicate and coordinate with Allied Universal management and site contacts regarding security-related matters and incidents.
• Support emergency response activities as directed by site-specific protocols and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
