This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
- Monitor incoming calls, radios, alarms, and/or electronic systems, then document and relay routine and critical information to the appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Coordinate the dispatch of officers and/or site personnel to incidents, service requests, medical situations, and other security-related concerns while maintaining accurate logs and status updates.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to support timely communication between site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal personnel.
- Conduct regular and random patrol coordination around the business and perimeter, while helping to monitor activity across the location; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
