As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrolling in Cincinnati, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and support visitor, patient, and vendor screening procedures in accordance with site rules, helping to control access to restricted and/or sensitive areas.
- Assist with routine security-related rounds and post duties in areas that may include lobbies, hallways, patient care surroundings, and exterior spaces, with working conditions varying by location.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
