As a Security Officer - Dispatch Full Time in Clarksville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Dispatch Officer in a dynamic tech and media location, you will monitor and coordinate security-related activities to help maintain a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols across assigned areas, remain highly visible to help deter incidents, and offer exceptional customer service through clear communication and support. What You'll Do:

• Operate as a central communication point for security-related operations within the location, dispatching personnel and resources as needed.
• Monitor security-related systems, alarms, and surveillance equipment to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of all incidents, dispatch activities, and communications throughout the shift.
• Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with on-site teams and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Follow site-specific policies and procedures, adapting to the unique needs of the tech and data center environment.
• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by assisting with inquiries and offering guidance in accordance with Allied Universal standards.
• Support the overall security-related objectives of the site by maintaining situational awareness and relaying pertinent information to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A valid guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
