Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Communications Job in Claude, Texas

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Communications in Claude, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to site needs while reflecting Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, maintain required logs, and direct guests according to site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating observations to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
- Observe food and beverage operations for security-related concerns, report hazards or policy violations, and support emergency response activities as directed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
