Security Officer Patrol Ambassador

As a Security Officer Patrol Ambassador in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and help to deter security-related incidents. You will support patients, visitors, and staff with strong customer service and communication while contributing to a caring, reliable team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, assisting with access control, visitor direction, and security-related reporting in accordance with post orders.
- Support a professional environment by observing and reporting hazards, policy concerns, and/or suspicious activity while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.
Minimum Requirements:
- Hospital vaccine requirements apply.
- The client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
