As an unarmed patrol officer supporting a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine rounds, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will assist with access control and badge procedures, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver excellent customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate internal contacts and/or public emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the facility, including lobbies, ATM areas, entrances, corridors, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Control access for employees, vendors, and visitors by verifying identification, directing guests to appropriate areas, and documenting entries and/or deliveries per site policy.
• Monitor alarm panels, cameras, and other security-related systems when assigned, and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior according to post orders.
• Complete accurate, timely written reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations, and communicate information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned, including checking doors, lighting, and security-related equipment for irregularities.
• Support client staff during disturbances and/or disruptive behavior by using de-escalation techniques and requesting additional resources when appropriate.
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused presence while enforcing site rules and directing traffic and/or queues during peak banking hours.

Minimum Requirements:

• - Be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• - Must be able to stand for long periods of time, 9+hours shifts.
• - Have 1+ years of security-related experience.
• - Be 21+ years of age.
• - CPR Certification is preferred.
• - Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• - Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• - A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
