As a Security Professional - Distribution Patrol Driver in Columbus, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Officer in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for all personnel and assets. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Your visible presence and outstanding communication skills will support excellent customer service while working as part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and protocols provided by Allied Universal.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and to maintain awareness of site conditions.
• Monitor for unusual or suspicious activities during patrols and promptly report findings to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with site staff and visitors to address questions or concerns related to security-related matters and site access.
• Complete required documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner to support site operations and compliance.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and monitoring ingress and egress points as directed by site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
