Security Professional - Financial Patrol

As a Security Professional - Financial Patrol Route in Columbus, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents while supporting a welcoming and professional environment. Your presence and attention to detail will help maintain a secure atmosphere for staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the financial institution environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential risks and maintain a visible security-related presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and/or sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and/or suspicious activities according to Allied Universal policies and client requirements.
• Collaborate with site staff and/or law enforcement personnel as needed to address incidents or emergencies.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while representing Allied Universal at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
