As a Security Officer - Healthcare PatrolFull Time in Conroe, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while offering a visible and reassuring presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, engaging with people on site, and delivering exceptional customer service through strong communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by implementing security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, respond to emergency situations within the healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Observe and report any security-related irregularities, such as property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences within the location.
• Assist with access control, verifying identification and/or credentials as needed, to help maintain appropriate entry to restricted areas.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management, site staff, and local authorities as required during incidents or emergencies.
• Document all activities, incidents, and observations accurately in daily reports or incident logs as required by Allied Universal policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
