As a Security Professional - Armed Patrol Residential Sector in Coral Gables, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will actively monitor and patrol the community to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. This position requires both armed responsibilities and driving as part of your daily duties. You will engage with residents and visitors, responding to situations with professionalism and providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations within residential areas in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity or suspicious behavior, maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns according to established protocols.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and communicate with property management and/or emergency services as required.
• Complete required reports and documentation related to patrols, incidents, and interactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Operate as an armed security professional, adhering to all legal and company guidelines regarding the carrying and handling of firearms while on duty.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
