As a Dispatch Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting security-related operations at a government location. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and coordinate communications for incidents and service requests at the location, following established protocols and site-specific policies.
• Receive and dispatch information to security-related personnel, law enforcement, and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all incoming and outgoing calls, incidents, and activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members to help to deter potential risks and address security-related concerns within the government environment.
• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by addressing inquiries, offering directions, and assisting with security-related matters.
• Support emergency response activities by relaying information and coordinating resources according to site procedures.
• Stay informed of all ongoing activities and incidents within the site to maintain situational awareness and clear communication.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
