As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that may arise. You will also provide outstanding customer service, assisting individuals and addressing their concerns with professionalism and care. Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business area and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.
• Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences encountered during patrols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and/or management to address security-related needs and support overall operations at the location.

• Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
