As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for staff and visitors. Your presence and routine patrols will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the assigned financial institution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to observe for any unusual activity and/or security-related issues.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities in a timely and accurate manner to supervisors or designated contacts.
• Collaborate with site personnel and/or law enforcement as directed by Allied Universal guidelines.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide reassurance to staff and visitors within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• This post primarily involves driving and previous driving experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
