Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations with strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will bring integrity, teamwork, and reliability to every shift while helping create a caring and professional experience for everyone on site.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, medical calls, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel according to post orders.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials, and support vehicle, visitor, and material movement procedures in line with location policies and security-related protocols.
- Carry authorized equipment in accordance with Allied Universal standards and applicable regulations, and communicate clearly with site contacts, law enforcement, and/or emergency responders when needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience is required.
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- A Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas only.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- An Armed Guard Card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
