Armed Security Officer Patrol

As a ArmedSecurity Officer Patrol in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage incidents, and support a professional environment through strong communication and customer service. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including situations that may require an armed presence in accordance with post orders.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or access concerns to site leadership.
- Complete required reports and document incidents, patrol findings, and/or operational issues while communicating clearly with local authorities, supervisors, and on-site personnel as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess 1 or more years of security-related experience.
- Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
