Bilingual Security Officer - Print Shop

As a Security Officer Patrol with Fluent Spanish in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support access activities throughout the site. This role offers the chance to deliver outstanding customer service, communicate with confidence, and contribute to a caring, reliable team that values integrity, agility, and innovation.

- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and/or site concerns.
- Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and deliveries, following site access procedures and reporting irregularities to the appropriate contact.
- Support daily operations by observing site conditions, reporting maintenance and/or security-related issues, and assisting with incident response in accordance with Allied Universal standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
- Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish is required.
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
