As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a premier commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and staff. Your primary responsibilities involve monitoring access, assisting guests, and helping to deter security-related incidents through your presence and exceptional customer service. You will utilize access control systems and technology to support a secure environment, while delivering reliable and innovative service in line with our company's values. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor access points and verify identification of individuals entering and/or exiting the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response activities as needed.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors, tenants, and/or employees with inquiries and directions while maintaining a professional presence at the front desk.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
