As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for tenants and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible presence, managing access, responding to inquiries, and supporting building operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and controlling entry to help to deter unauthorized individuals.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unwanted activity and provide assistance as needed.
• Document security-related incidents, observations, and visitor activity according to site and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Communicate promptly with building management, tenants, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related concerns or emergencies.
• Support emergency response activities at the front desk as directed by site-specific protocols and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
