As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic transportation location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support a welcoming environment, and help to deter security-related incidents through visible presence and strong communication. In this role, you will deliver customer-focused service while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, care for people, and integrity in every interaction.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a transportation location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper channels when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, restricted access points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, observe traveler and visitor movement, and report suspicious behavior, unattended items, and/or policy violations according to site guidelines.
- Support daily operations by documenting incidents, completing required reports, and communicating clearly with site contacts, local authorities, and/or fellow team members as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- CPR/First Aid is preferred.
- CPR Certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
