Security Officer Full Time Mobile Patrol Driver Job in Dallas, Texas

As a Security Officer Full Time Mobile Patrol Driver in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. You will deliver exceptional customer service, clear communication, and support through teamwork, integrity, reliability, and care for others.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and/or associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document and report observations in accordance with site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and observe the premises for unusual activity, potential hazards, and/or policy violations; communicate concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Assist with maintaining an orderly retail environment by providing directions, supporting crowd management needs, and responding to requests for assistance.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
