Security Officer - Manufacturing Center

As a Security Officer Spanish Speaking Patrol in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support daily operations through strong communication and customer service while contributing to a caring, agile team that values reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions according to site policies, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious activity observed during patrols.
- Support site operations by following post orders, completing required reports, and assisting with security-related requests in a professional manner.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have 2 or more years of security-related experience.
- Be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
- Be 21 or more years of age.
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
- Have customer service experience preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
