As a Security Officer Driving Role Screening in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Screener in a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor access, screen people and property, and support security-related operations with professionalism and care. This is a driving post. You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication while working as part of a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, screening activities, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Screen employees, visitors, packages, and/or shipments entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders and client-directed protocols.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the loading, shipping, receiving, and perimeter areas, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.
- Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, theft, and/or policy violations within a fast-paced logistics and distribution environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
