As a Security Officer Driver Based Patrol in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic commercial real estate location as an unarmed patrol officer in a driving post. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This role offers the chance to support daily operations with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity while making a meaningful impact across the property.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, property concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting observations through proper channels.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points, lobbies, and exterior areas as assigned, assisting with visitor direction, policy awareness, and observation of unusual activity at the location.
- Support property operations by reporting maintenance issues, lighting outages, unsecured doors, and/or other site conditions that could impact daily business activities or security-related responses.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
