As a Security Professional- Dispatch Telecom Full Time in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more.

As a Dispatch Officer within the dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment, you will play a critical role in supporting security-related operations at the location. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and coordinating communications, responding promptly to incidents, and dispatching security personnel as needed. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a strong presence and leveraging your experience in access control and customer service to support a seamless flow of information. By remaining attentive to all activities and fostering clear communication, you will contribute to a welcoming and secure environment for all staff and visitors. Pay Rate: $21.16 / Hour

Thur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Fri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service by executing security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Monitor, receive, and dispatch communications related to security-related incidents and activities within the location.
  • Coordinate with on-site personnel and external resources to relay accurate information and support timely responses.
  • Document and report incidents, observations, and dispatch activities according to established protocols.
  • Utilize communication systems and technology to manage and track security-related events and personnel movements.
  • Assist in helping to deter unauthorized activities by maintaining a visible and alert presence through monitoring and communication.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
