As a Security Professional - Mall Site - Driving Patrol in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Officer in a busy retail location, you will monitor and conduct regular patrols throughout the premises, staying visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact with the public, provide excellent customer service, and respond professionally to any situations that arise. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the property using a company vehicle. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients and guests by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately during emergency situations.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using training to manage situations that may arise within the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall environment and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
  • Observe and report security-related incidents or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel and/or authorities.
  • Support access control at entry and exit points as required by site-specific policies.
  • Assist customers, visitors, and staff with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence at the location.
  • Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and onsite leadership to maintain awareness of site operations and/or specific client needs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least one year of security-related experience is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
