Security Officer Patrol Route

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a busy logistics and distribution location, helping to support a secure environment through visible presence, routine patrols, and strong communication. This role offers the opportunity to deliver customer service, respond to security-related concerns, and contribute to a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and guided by integrity and a people-first culture.

- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through proper channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including loading areas, shipping and receiving zones, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
- Monitor access points, verify visitor and/or vendor activity, and help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior on the property.
- Support site operations by observing daily activity, identifying unusual conditions, and communicating security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
