Security Officer - Retail Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Retail Patrol Driver in Holly Hill, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a retail location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and promote a welcoming environment for all visitors. This is a driving post, so you will utilize your valid driver's license while conducting routine patrols and remaining visible throughout the property. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff members by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and performing emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct both regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related issues in accordance with Allied Universal's protocols.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, helping to manage authorized individuals within the premises.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and security-related occurrences as required by site procedures.
• Work closely with store management and/or law enforcement when necessary to support a secure retail environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
