As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a residential property management location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support residents, guests, and staff with outstanding customer service and communication. - Provide customer service to residents, guests, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, property rules, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, maintenance-related concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and observe unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, assist with visitor and/or vendor interactions, and document security-related incidents, observations, and daily activities in a clear and timely manner.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess 2 or more years of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
