As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. You will support daily operations through routine patrols, keen awareness, and professional interactions, while reflecting Allied Universal’s values of being agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first through teamwork and integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations through proper site communication channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, assist with visitor and contractor entry procedures, and support property rules and after-hours access protocols as directed by site policies.
- Document daily activities, incidents, and/or suspicious behavior in required reports, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal leadership and/or property contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
