As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to site needs while working with integrity, reliability, teamwork, and a people-first approach.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to personnel, drivers, visitors, and/or vendors at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, warehouse perimeters, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity and report observed concerns.
- Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing authorized visitors and delivery personnel, and maintaining required visitor and vehicle records.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken in accordance with site procedures.
- Observe and report unusual activity, facility hazards, damaged property, and policy violations to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
