Security Officer Driving Role

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access screening protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Screen and verify visitors, deliveries, and/or service providers at designated access points, helping to deter unauthorized entry and documenting required information according to post procedures.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to property management, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas for unusual activity, policy concerns, and/or security-related issues, and report observations in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular and random observations around the location and perimeter as assigned, noting conditions that could impact residents, guests, and/or property operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
