Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Driver in Disputanta, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a secure environment for all personnel. This is a driving post, so you will utilize a company vehicle as you conduct routine patrols and remain visible throughout the premises. You will also engage with employees and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential hazards.
• Monitor for unusual activities or potential security-related concerns and report findings according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel to support a secure environment and address concerns as they arise.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
