As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as security-related breaches, suspicious activity, or hazards, according to Allied Universal procedures.
• Work closely with location staff and/or visitors to address questions and provide directions or assistance as required.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, patrols, and other assigned duties as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
