Armed Security Officer - 3 years Armed Security Experience Required Job in Fort Worth, Texas

As a Security Officer Armed Clearance Required Patrol Driver in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Security Professional at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and incident response. This driving post offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and integrity-driven culture.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter boundaries to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy violations.
- Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorizations, and delivery documentation in accordance with site requirements.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, using authorized armed response procedures when appropriate.
- Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least two years of security-related experience is required.
- At least three years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree is required.
- An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
