As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver Incident Management Clearance Required in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Security Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors at an aerospace and defense-related location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols of assigned facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access control points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, deliveries, and/or contractors in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and promptly communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders.
- Maintain required armed-post equipment and complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site policies.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least two years of security-related experience.
- Have at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
- Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
