As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated government locations to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. Your visible presence, routine patrols, and strong customer service skills will be key to supporting our caring, people-first culture. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or the appropriate authorities.
• Assist with crowd control and guide visitors as needed to support the orderly operation of the location.
• Document security-related incidents and maintain accurate logs according to site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
