As a Patrol Unarmed professional with Allied Universal, you will help to maintain a secure environment at a financial institution location by conducting routine patrols and remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your role involves monitoring assigned areas, controlling access, and providing outstanding customer service and communication to all individuals onsite. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to maintain order within the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, security-related hazards, or breaches of site policies to the appropriate personnel.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entry points and verifying credentials as required for the financial institution environment.
• Document and communicate incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and promptly using Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist with emergency response activities, including guiding occupants and coordinating with authorities when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
